Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Presents
- 4 good sized boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 9oz block of quality cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 8 slices lean, smoked bacon Spices*
Place breasts, meaty side down on cutting board. Using end of spoon or small rolling pin, gently carve out a crevasse. Insert two cubes of cream cheese into crevasse and gently pat into centre.
Add spices on top of cream cheese. Fold ends of breast up over cream cheese and spice mixture. Use bamboo skewer to secure ends together. Place two strips of bacon on top of chicken breast.
Place breast on wire rack inside aluminum cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on size of chicken breast.
*Use spices based on your mood! Italian, greek, garlic and chives. Get inventive depending on your side dishes.
